Working in the Swedish Tradition, my style emphasizes steady careful deep-tissue release.  Informed by modern understandings of the body and nervous system, my work infuses the timeless aspects of healing touch bodywork, with newer techniques such as PNF stretches, breathwork, trigger point work, active releases, and somatic cues. I use singing bowls to tune in and out of a session, I like to curate ambient/lofi playlists, an I am a wealth of knowledge regarding self care, self compassion, mobility, chronic pain, sustainable exercise, and various muscle and tendon conditions.
